The SkyWave is a fully programmed device that delivers connectivity to assets in fleet management applications, in and out of cellular range. The device streamlines tracking and monitoring of applications for areas under cellular coverage. The product is available as cellular only or as an integrated and dual- mode cellular satellite device.  

The comprehensive fleet management application helps fleet operators to slash fuel costs, optimize travel routes, monitor driver behavior, minimize idle times and, ensure cargo and driver security. The solution works with the IDP-782 to optimize operational efficiencies and productivity. The viaFleet applications enable trucking companies and solution providers in deploying a fleet management application without the time and costs required to develop a new vehicle tracking management solution.

The innovative wireless solutions introduced by ORBCOMM aims at unfolding M2M and IoT solutions portfolio to system integrators, end user customers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). The ORBCOMM OGi modem is smallest and lowest cost IDP supporting a footprint smaller than a credit card. The modem is designed for ease of use, flexibility and quality of service based on the application needs comprising message size, delivery speed and geographic coverage—targeted for low latency mission critical applications.

The ORBCOMMconnect reduces the complexity of managing and integrating of multiple offerings by allowing ORBCOMM customers, a control over wireless services and connected devices. It also provides customers a robust single platform in accessing three satellites and seven Tier One cellular networks.
